February 2012
The amount of time we all have is the same, however the way we use it is not. The most successful and less stressed people are those who maximise the time they have available in the day. By reducing task avoidance and the sense of being overwhelmed, you too can focus on a mindset that consistently delivers results. Considering different approaches to effective performance management, this session encourages self analysis and draws on your real situations to bring the topic to life and promises to be an effective use of your time!
In this session...
- Managing your diary and personal time balance
- Look at discipline and determination, and whether you have enough of both
- See how to deal with time 'bandits' on a day to day basis
- Learn how to realistically plan and prioritise your activities
- Using delegation - question why we don't, why we should and learn how to go about it
