In today’s tougher, more competitive environment, it’s more important than ever for you to really understand your customer’s requirements and your company’s ability to match and exceed them.  

In this highly interactive session you will explore what is required to enable you to build long term, effective trading relationships with all of your customers.

By the end of this master class you will have a good understanding of what the requirements are for ‘best in class’ partnerships between suppliers and retailers, and will be able to determine the steps you need to take as an individual or organisation to start that journey.

In this master class you will:

• Better understand your business partners and be able to identify their needs
• Know how to determine who to work with and how
• Move from a purely transactional relationship to something more strategic
• Move from negotiation to collaboration
• Gain specific tools that you can apply immediately
