People management is a key skill in business but is regularly given little regard when setting up a project. However, one of the critical factors in the success of a project is how you influence and direct people at different levels in the organisation, often without a position of authority.
This master class looks at how to motivate and co-ordinate those involved to ensure the project delivers. Using the unique approach of forum theatre, you will walk through live project scenarios and see where you can enhance your own performance.
Who should attend?
In this master class you will:
• Learn how messages get misinterpreted and how to overcome it
• Explore setting project strategies and goals
• Discover how to effectively communicate strategies to the project team and wider organisation
• Understand how to get the right balance between process and people
• Practise new tools and techniques to improve your project delivery outcomes
