About Leading Edge

Leading Edge is a lively, interactive forum for people who are keen to develop themselves and fulfil their potential in the food and grocery industry. It enables managers to take greater control of their career development through access to relevant tools, knowledge and skills, as well as the chance to interact with like-minded people.

Through a nationwide programme of networking events and conferences, Leading Edge explores the key issues and provides opportunities for open discussion and information sharing.

Leading Edge members can get their views heard, and hear what others have to say, through regular polls and surveys, input into issues and topics and active participation in thought-provoking seminars and conferences.

The annual Leading Edge Convention attracts up to 300 delegates from all sectors of the industry, and it is an excellent opportunity to network, to explore blue-sky thinking, and to be inspired by presenters who have found success in a variety of ways.
